Renovation of Condominium Syndicate in Les Arcs sur Argens

As a craftsman painter and building painter, we recently undertook the complete renovation of the hall and common areas of a residence in Les Arcs sur Argens.

Our painting company was responsible for modernizing the corridors, the stairwell and two floors, in close collaboration with the condominium trustee.

Before / After Carousel

A laser-aligned base

In order to create a uniform base between the entrance hall and the floors, we used a level laser.

This technique allowed us to draw a clean and regular line of paint, guaranteeing a professional result.

Our expertise as a painter allowed us to take care of the finishes for a harmonious final result throughout the corridors.

Plastering and painting work

Our team of painters has carried out the renovation of the coatings on the walls, ceilings and doors.

The lower surfaces have been painted in a darker grey tone, ideal for withstanding frequent traffic.

The upper areas and ceilings have been refreshed in white, bringing brightness and elegance.

All doors, including those to technical rooms (electricity, maintenance, etc.), have also been repainted to standardize the whole.

A personalized final layout

Keen to add a decorative touch, our painting company, in partnership with a local supplier, offered and placed several plants on the floors and in the hall of the residence.

These plant elements enhance conviviality and contribute to the well-being of residents.

We have also added new mats in front of each door, to ensure a warm welcome and improve the cleanliness of the circulation areas.
